Took a day trip to Denver, Colorado on Tuesday. Why? Because it’s there. I had never visited Denver and plan to run a race out there in the future. So why not test out the air quality? Elected to pick one thing that would make the most in a short amount of time. So a visit/trail run to the Red Rocks Amphitheater was the choice. The only thing I really found challenging was climbing the initial hills and the technical trail. Didn’t feel overly compromised on breathing due to elevation (6400 feet). Now all I have to do is pick a race.
